Un enregistrement choquant confirme l’exécution de masse des membres de l’OMPI par l’Iran

Les dirigeants du régime doivent être jugés pour crimes contre l’humanité

La publication récente d’une bande audio de l’ayatollah Hossein-Ali Montazeri, ancien héritier du fondateur de la «République islamique», l’ayatollah Khomeiny, lors de sa rencontre, il y a 28 ans, avec les membres de ce qui a été appelé la «commission de la mort», révèle de nouvelles informations sur l’ampleur du massacre de plus de 30.000 prisonniers politiques en Iran durant l’été de 1988. La plupart des victimes étaient affiliées à la principale opposition : les Moudjahidine du peuple d’Iran (OMPI).

Dans l’enregistrement audio, les membres de la «commission de la mort» admettent que beaucoup de personnes exécutées avaient entre 15 ou 16 ans au moment de leur arrestation.

Le fichier audio de 40 minutes enregistrée le 15 août 1988, divulgue les pourparlers qui ont eu lieu entre Montazeri et une commission judiciaire composée de quatre hauts responsables du régime de l’époque: Hossein-Ali Nayeri, juge de la charia, Morteza Eshraqi, procureur général, Ebrahim Raïssi , procureur adjoint, et Mostafa Pour-Mohammadi, représentant du ministère du renseignement et de la sécurité (VEVAK) qui est actuellement le ministre de la justice dans le gouvernement soi-disant «modérée» d’Hassan Rohani.

Au cours de cette réunion, Montazeri a désigné l’exécution de masse comme «le plus grand crime de l’histoire de la République islamique». Il a dit craindre que l’histoire retienne l’ayatollah Khomeiny comme un «assassin sanguinaire». «L’histoire nous condamnera», a-t-il ajouté.

Ayatollah Montazeri a ensuite été limogé par Khomeiny et est décédé en 2009.

L’enregistrement, rendu public au 28e anniversaire du massacre, a été retiré du site Web de sa famille après quelques heures. Ahmed Montazeri, fils de l’ayatollah Montazeri, et le chef de son bureau de presse à Qom, a dit qu’il a reçu un appel du ministère du Renseignement iranien qui l’a sommé de retirer l’enregistrement du site.

Cet enregistrement confirme que les dirigeants du régime iranien qui ont occupé des postes de pouvoir depuis le début de la révolution iranienne en 1979, doivent être traduits en justice devant une Cour pénale internationale pour l’un des pires crimes commis contre l’humanité.

Shocking Audio Confirms Mass Execution of PMOI members by Iran

Regime leaders must be put on trial for crimes against humanity

The publication of an audio tape of late Ayatollah Hossein-Ali Montazeri, the former heir to the founder of the “Islamic Republic”,  Ayatollah Khomeini, of his meeting with members of the so called  “death committee” 28 years ago, reveals new information about the scope of the massacre of more than 30,000 political prisoners in Iran in Summer of 1988. Most of the victims were affiliated to the main opposition PMOI.

In the audio, the members of the “death committee” admit that many of those executed had been 15 or 16 years of age at the time of their arrest.

The 40-minute audio file recorded on 15 August 1988, disclosed the talks held between Montazeri and a judicial committee composed of four of the regime’s top officials at the time: Hossein-Ali Nayeri, sharia judge, Morteza Eshraqi, public prosecutor, Ebrahim Raeesi, deputy prosecutor, and Mostafa Pour-Mohammadi, representative of the Ministry of Intelligence and Security (MOIS) who is currently the minister of justice in the so called “moderate” government of Hassan Rouhani.

During this meeting, Montazeri called the mass execution “the biggest crime in the history of the Islamic Republic”.  He expressed concern that history will remember Ayatollah Khomeini as a “bloody assassin”. “History will condemn us,” he added.

Ayatollah Montazeri was subsequently sacked by Khomeini and died in 2009.

The audio, made public on the 28th anniversary of the massacre, was removed from the family’s website after a few hours. Ahmed Montazeri, son of Ayatollah Montazeri, and head of his media bureau in Qom, said that he received a call by Iranian intelligence ministry that led him to remove the audio.

This audio confirms that the Iranian regime’s leaders who have held positions of power since the beginning of the Iranian revolution in 1979, must face justice in the International Criminal Court for one of the worst instances of crimes against humanity.
